The staff was super nice and accommodating. The rooms very clean and luxurious, and the hotel was located in a neighborhood which offers a flavor of local living (not many tourists). All in all, we had a fantastic time.

Arrived very early so checked bags. They gave me a temporary key to access the hotel washrooms.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful on checkin. Provided upgraded room with view of the inner courtyard. Asked for electrical plug converter and it was loaned at no charge. Was offered purchase of breakfast but declined.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Area is good with restaurants nearby. Metro station is 2 blocks away.

Would highly recommend this hotel! Location is in fashion district, very safe and easy to walk to city centre or take the metro to Brussels Midi station. Rooms were spacious with great view, bed was comfortable and well equipped. The spa and gym amenities were fantastic, I’ve never had such a great experience with these at a hotel for the price paid. Really good value hotel!
