"Just back from a great stay at this hotel. We arrived early and turned up at the hotel expecting just to drop our bags off as we were way to early to check in but the lovely lady called Elena (not sure of the spelling) on reception checked us in early and gave us a garden facing room. She was very welcoming and helpful indeed. This was fantastic as these rooms are so quiet. We never heard a sound the whole time we were there and the bed was very comfortable too. This was very welcome as we were so busy on tours during the day. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned every day throughout our stay. The shower was also good. We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on breakfast. You are not far away from the main areas central station is about 5-10 mins walk away and it is very well located for the pick up points for various bus tours to Luxembourg, Brugge and Amsterdam etc. This was a reason I chose this hotel. You are also about 15 mins walk to the Grand Place area and the Royal Palace. There's a Carrafeur supermarket nearby and also some restaurants and eating places along the street. I would happily stay here again if I were staying in Brussels. It was excellent value for money for the price I paid."

"4.5 ⭐️ We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Louise Hotel Brussels – MGallery. The location was one of the biggest highlights: close to the luxury shopping streets and stores around Avenue Louise/Toison d’Or, while still being within an enjoyable walking distance of Brussels’ old town. It was also convenient for getting to Brussels-Midi, which made our day trips very easy. Our room felt spacious and comfortable, especially compared with many European city hotels. The small sofa and table setup made a real difference and made the room feel suitable for a longer stay rather than just somewhere to sleep. We had enough room for our luggage without feeling crowded. The main negatives were fairly minor. The elevators are small, so they can feel tight with luggage. We also found the breakfast pricing/options a little confusing and inconsistent between what was shown through Expedia and what was quoted at the hotel. The breakfast itself was enjoyable, but the pricing structure could be communicated more clearly. Overall, a very good stay: comfortable room, excellent location, convenient transport connections and a more spacious feel than we expected. I would happily stay here again, especially for a Brussels trip that includes shopping, sightseeing and day trips by train."

"This was my 2nd time at this property. It is very well located, just steps from La Grande Place and about 7 minutes from the train station that bring to the airport. Beds are comfortable and they have nice amenities like fresh apple and water in the lobby, shower cap, toothpaste in the room etc. The only sad thing is that we were not able to experience the breakfast. My dad gave us a surprise gift with breakfast but since our flight was in the morning, we were not able to attend. The breakfast open at 7am. I will definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel in a great location! Only one of the elevators were working and no stairs but otherwise it was good. Taps in shower and sink need to be fixed, they just spray out water. Pillows sucked but room was very large and bed was nice. Pretty good overall."

"The room was cool and well equipped; the location is excellent, very close to Centraal and thus easy to get to and from Midi. A short walk to the Grande Place and lots of restaurants, but nevertheless quiet and with a decent self-service breakfast. Very good value for money."
