staff are excellent. they go out of their way to help customers. location is excellent- right next to Brussels central train station. the biggest cathedral is also next to the hospital. pick up and drop off to Luxembourg/Dinant tour are walkable. can walk to important tourist places. building has at least 3 different facades, take note. it looks different from all directions. food is excellent like their burger, fries and ham and cheese!

Booked the family room - it was huge, extremely clean and modern. Hotel smells fantastic from the Pillows candle, as do the toiletries.

Elegant hotel in a convenient location to the historic parts of Brussels. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a tremendous amount of construction ongoing in the area which took away the beauty of the local area and at times required some additional walking to get around the work areas.

Hotel lobby smelled amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We were exhausted after traveling and tours and ordered room service at night. It was delicious! We had an amazing experience staying at the Pillows Hotel for 10 nights to celebrate our anniversary. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and inviting welcome from Jade who was genuinely friendly and kind. When she learned it was our anniversary she brought us champagne and a lovely gift to our room. Jade was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations for sites and restaurants. Everyone that we met at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like we were at home. The daily breakfast offered lots of variety and delicious and healthy options. And the dinner we had one evening was spectacular! The food quality, preparation, and presentation were impressive. The service at the restaurant was excellent thanks to Adnan, Dirk, Elio, Ditmer. The service was also excellent at the front desk from Rym and Karim. And Eleanor immediately solved an issue we had with grace and a commitment to excellence. We’d like to recognize and thank Jade, Eleanor, and everyone we’ve mentioned for making our stay very memorable and special. We will definitely return to Pillows Brussels again and we highly recommend this hotel.
