First, it is within walking distance from downtown St. Simon and the beach. My wife and I went to breakfast in the early in the morning and walked the beach afterwards. I prepared dinner and my wife and I enjoyed dining on the balcony just off of the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful.....it was nice listening to the birds talk to each other while we ate. We parked our car in the garage provided and walked everywhere. This 2300 Square foot treasure had everything you need to make you are at home away from home. ##### Ned M. They live at Marshes Edge and we wanted to have a place for the whole family to spend time together during the day. We had an amazing time. The home was so gorgeous and spacious and nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of some amazing shops and restaurants and of course walking distance to the water.
