Two plush sofas offer plenty of seating and face a large flat-screen television for relaxing evenings. Great location for access to the Pier and downtown area. Very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. Seamless check in/check out process. First, it is within walking distance from downtown St. Simon and the beach. My wife and I went to breakfast in the early in the morning and walked the beach afterwards. I prepared dinner and my wife and I enjoyed dining on the balcony just off of the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful.....it was nice listening to the birds talk to each other while we ate.
