"We were greeted be a friendly, happy gentleman even though we had been delayed until 10.30pm. He managed the checkin smoothly. The room had 2 single beds as requested, my mattress was a little lumpy. The off suite bathroom toilet was clean and functional, the shower was good. The hotel is a bit quirky but just look at the view and all of the quirkiness goes away, it is in a fabulous place with panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
