The hotel blended charm and personality that made it genuinely memorable. The staff had a special energy and attentiveness that set them apart. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Van Cleef

Highly recommended for overall design quality, very pleasant room and exterior facilities. Breakfast is exceptional. Host advices regarding the activities and places to visit are excellent and accurate. Centrally located to all the attractions around Bruges and the Belgian coast. Alternatively, a very quiet and remote location for just resting, biking or walking around the calm countryside.

Great hotel ! Localisation is perfect to visit the city. The staff were very helpful and efficient to book at a restaurant for us. The room was perfect and included everything that we needed. The only negative review I have is the price for the baby bassinet. We decided to use a travel crib instead because we felt like 25 euro every night was a bit excessive.

Quiet, quaint and pleasantly ‘boutiquey’. Very personable reception and attention throughout my stay. Very good breakfast. Will stay again for sure.

Excellent all around. Would highly recommend.

We recently spent a great couple of nights at Hotel Fleur de Lys. It felt like we were in a beautiful French Chateau. The owner, Marco was very hospitable and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast, which was included with our booking. We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Fleur de Lys and will sure come back again, hopefully soon. From BC Canada

Beautiful hotel located out of the hustle of Bruges but very near. Will stay again if ever back in Bruges. Lovely hotel and staff.

Generally a decent hotel but a bit in the middle of nowhere. The only real irritant for me was arriving there and trying to figure out where we needed to go once to get into the parking lot. Otherwise, fairly nice.

A beautiful small hotel with a warm ambiance and comfortable beds. It is so close to everything and there is a lot to do in the city. Breakfast is very expensive but deluxe!

We had a great stay at the Dukes Palace. Very well maintained property with polite staff!

Great stay, extremely clean room. Great breakfast, worth it if included. Friendly staff for check-in and check-out. It's about a 15 minute walk both to the Grote Markt and to Brugge Train Station.

Nice

Interesting hotel consisting of 3 adjacent renovated old buildings. Ideally located 5 minute walk from the old town. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms, very professional staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The only thing that was a bit different is the "formal" aspect to the staff. Very professional and helpful but not overly friendly. Might be a cultural thing. Would definitely go back

Endroit de rêve, tout était parfait! Accueil chaleureux, sublime décor, excellent repas, chambre spacieuse et ultra propre, emplacement idéal, calme…J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner !

Great stay in the centre of Bruges

This is a beautiful hotel right next to the main square. The rooms are spectacular and the service was terrific. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
