We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. "I was in Siracusa for three weeks attending the Italian Academy. I found this flat after searching VBRO. I couldn't have been happier from the moment I walked in. The entry was easy and had been well explained. Riccardo always checked in with me to see if I was OK. The flat was clean and well-equipped. It was near my school, and a few minutes walk to Ortigia and supermarkets. It was easy to make this flat my home. I can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you Riccardo for everything."
