« The house had many amenities and was a quaint house (a small bathroom but very clean). The location was ideal for my visit to university of Louisville and family in Southwest Louisville. I requested something be done about the odor. And the grass needs to be cut and yard maintenance completed. The house has a musty and mold odor. The filter needs to be changed in the floor. »

Someone came and “fixed” it, but took the heaters he brought, so for the next three hours while it tried to warm up in house, it was still freezing. Went outside next day, and it sounded like water gushing under house. Couldn’t sleep because of noise from water. Informed possible water pipe busted. Had headaches, possibly due to the water under house. Asked about staying another...
