« The location was convenient, the check in was fast and smooth, the room was exactly what the pics showed and clean, and good breakfast, and a nice pool. Enjoyed our stay here. »

« Parking requires Honda Accord or smaller, you'll need to pay to park somewhere else first either way to get the garage key from the unit. Unit is not good for families, it's a two elevator trip and both barely work, you'll need to wait in line for them. Missing smoke detectors, could not find the fire extinguisher and no evacuation instructions. Paint is peeling off the walls, wires hanging everywhere and zero counter space in the bathrooms. We could hear a smoke detector was out of batteries...

« Amazing location and walkable to the convention center. The apartment is comfortable and as advertised. The check-in process and instructions were poor however. This unit is in a secure building with a code - which wasn't provided at first. Then up two different elevators, and down a long hallway with stairs. The bad part was that the check-in instructions brings you to a parking garage in an alley that requiers a key fob that's in the unit itself and the building is on a busy street. Upon...
