"Room was not ready, fridge didn’t work. Kids on third floor stomping all night long. Way too much construction going on around the area. No hot tube. Breakfast was ok staff was great"

"We had a great first day but the second night was 180 difference. There was a DV incident on the floor above us and when we tried calling the front desk, no one was answering. Called 911 and my husband met the police at the hotel lobby. When we tried to talk to staff about it the next day, we got a defensive response “you know how it is, we’re in the hotel business.”"

"The room was clean, the halls were very old and could use an upgrade. The desk staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was pretty much nothing. A bowl of cereal or literally a loaf of bread you could toast isn’t much of a breakfast. I think they need to really work on that and offer a bit more. Other than that, it was fine. "
