Dumpton Gap, just south of Broadstairs in North East Kent, England is a quiet and long flat sandy beach that attracts dog walkers and those looking to get away from the main beach. Very picturesque and great for those who love to beachcombe where crabs and shells can be found amongst the seaweed.

Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend.

The cottage is ideally situated. It’s a short walk to the beach and places of interest like the Dickens museum. There are many restaurants a short walk from the cottage. It is warm and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and living room. We enjoyed our stay.

I was surprised at how pretty Broadstairs was. This clean and tidy little town has Viking Bay in it's city centre, a beautiful beach filled with activities.
