« Actually, the place was better than advertised. Compared to other places, I found it easy to maneuver my F250 and bass boat in and out of the property. I also enjoyed having covered parking for my boat. With the lake water levels being low, I didn't get to utilize the neighborhood boat ramp, but Powell Park wasn't far away. The neighborhood appeared secure with minimal traffic and the home was very clean having everything a fisherman would need. Will definitely be back. »

« The outside lawn needed to be mowed and edged. Weeds needed to be pulled from the rose garden. A pool had a black torn tarp and was not available to use. A coke machine was out of order. The room itself was okay. Bed sheets clean. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The tile and grout needed to be scrubbed. »

« This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key. »

« We could not sleep. The hotel is all on the ground floor. Our room was close to the ice machine which proved to be a disaster as there was a lot of noise both late at night (till past midnight) and very early in the morning (from 4:30). Also the AC was very Noisy.Breakfast was good and the wimming pool pleasant. »
