The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). "Nice hotel. A little dated here and there but still lovely. Staff very helpful. Parking is free on side road or behind hotel (no parking restrictions) or if you get a space out the front you can ask for a £2.50 parking permit for the day. Pool nice just a little small. All in all a good stay"

It was close to the bars and restaurants,a couple of minutes walk and you’re in the centre of Rye so if you come by train it’s easy to walk to the hotel and to everything around it. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was really good. The staff were really friendly. We couldn’t fault anything about it for the time we were there."
