"Ce "chalet" a un beau terrain,une belle vue mer, une belle surface, une cuisine et une SDB refaites et assez modernes. Une terrasse couverte sur le côté, une autre terrasse en étage sur le côté, une donnant sur le séjour : ces élément sont de vrais plus !Le reste est cependant ancien, pas aménagé ni soigné dans les détails, le nettoyage et l'ancienneté du mobilier et des agencements laissent à désirer...Mais l'emplacement et taille du terrain sont un plus, avec la vue mer ! "This lovely house was just perfect for a marvelous 5 night stay in Saint-Philibert! The old house has been completely refurbished with a modern kitchen and bathrooms, lighting, windows and electrical outlets. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an easy to use with everything in it kitchen, living room and dining room!!! The outdoor space is enormous! With stone patio space on both sides surrounded by huge grass and garden areas, and the waterway right outside the windows!!! We loved every...
