« The linens were clean and the check in staff was great. They no longer put shampoo in the room, so you need to ask. The pool is not operational at this time. Many of the outlets didn't work in the bedroom for charging. The hotel is really in need of updates. The breakfast was as expected for most hotels, with both hot and cold. The turns into the hotel are not well lit and no signage, but it is the only hotel along the freeway. Very convenient to Discovery Center. »

« Positives: Staff were very friendly, curious, and polite. The room was clean. We didn't use the pool or the gym. Breakfast buffet was OK but was often just luke warm.A microwave was available to re heat things. If you like really strong coffee this is the place for you it's always hot and ready along with tea.
Negatives: Our room was on the Railroad side of the building and the ice machine was just opposite our door. Having the Choo Choo run by all day and night was a royal pain. ...
