Great central location opposite park (handy for dog walking). You made our dog very welcome. You have lovely staff who seemed genuinely interested in guests. You have a lovely bar and restaurant/room service. Parking next door easy to access. "

"Generally shambolic… check-in not smooth, bed not made properly, but worst of all was breakfast. Not enough tables, coffee machines kept malfunctioning, no eggs apart from scrambled and the bacon was like cardboard. Unfortunately the breakfast seemed to be run by good hearted but overworked kids. Can’t blame them, management obviously poor. For £140+ per night this is frankly poor value."

"Excellent location for the city centre and harbour side. Lovely decorated hotel and room. Worth paying a bit extra for the deluxe room - very spacious room. Only improvement could be the bed - sprung mattress so pretty hard and slightly uncomfortable. Would still recommend the hotel as very reasonably priced."
