When I checked in, there were no key cards left so the receptionist had to let everyone in and out of their rooms! Crazy. Plus the car park was full when I arrived I had to to park among the giant semi trucks. Staff were however very nice, the room was otherwise fine windows can be opened (against the awful modern trend of sealed rooms).

Enjoyed our 4 night stay, hotel nice and clean, staff friendly Services where hotel situated a nightmare, all one way system, if you get it wrong or there are no spaces for parking you have to go back to the M5 roundabout and enter site again.(dit it 7 times) until I managed to park near the hotel. Non disabled people parked in hotel disabled places, no one checked, this is was frustrating. Will stay again.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel with easy access to gas station and fast food. Sink leaked and only clean the rooms every three days. Asked to have garbages switched out daily and this was not done.

Needed convenient accommodation close to the M5. The Ramada hit the spot with its easy check in, clean spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Hotel car park was full, so parked in the nearby main car park.

So many faults, ridiculous that the heating was broken so was on all night and far too hot! No sheet on young child’s bed, scratchy blanket with that also. Rust in bathroom on shower and plastic bag tied over smoke detector, also a questionable dried stain on the floor! Not such a brilliant stay and I’ve emailed the hotel about the issues.
