Back at home, you can enjoy our building's exclusive residential amenities, including a private rooftop retreat, landscaped gardens, a sparkling swimming pool, sun decks, and an alfresco entertaining zone! Perfect for a chic city getaway!  
  
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Luxury Apartment at the heart of Valley:

\- Master bedroom has an ensuite toilet with shower  
\- Full guest bathroom with a queen bed  
\- 1 Free secure carpark space comes with booking & visitor parkings available upon request at a reasonable rate.

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.   
  
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:  
  
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival  
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).  
  
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!  
  
🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request)  
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.  
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay  
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long  
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out   
  
🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.  
  
🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM  
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
