Everything was great but I had a good feeling about it when first impressions start with the reception staff who were just lovely & so helpful. My request for an apartment on the top floor was a nice surprise & then the apartment itself was so sparkly & clean & well equipped. Will happily stay again & as a first timer staying with Quest would have no hesitation booking any of their properties. Forgot to also mention how great it was to have secure undercover parking at no extra cost & with a maximum height of 2.3mtrs. Very rare.
Was disappointed with many areas within our recent stay...
there were 3 out of 4 dinner plates that were dirty when trying to use.
My 5 year old child found a very small button battery on the floor !! We also found many small clumps of dirt in the carpet as it was obviously not been vacuumed.
No blankets available in the room.
Checking in at reception took half hour due to one staff and prior guests taking their time.

Hi Judy, Thanks for your review, and I'm sorry about the car parking situation - regrettably not an easy one to fix as it is how the building was designed - and it can get busy during the week but as you've pointed out there is plenty of free street parking in the areas around our Hotel. We do try to make sure everyone is aware of this situation prior to booking, and have reviewed our listings on Expedia and Wotif to make sure it is clear. Let us know if you are coming back again and we can try to help manage that for you!
Very helpful staff, good location to walk and grab some food. Good easy trip to airport from here.

An alarm clock went off at 4.00am two mornings in a row. There was obviously no one in the room as it went continuously for over an hour each day. My son and I were there for a sporting event so this was an extremely disruptive way to start his/our day. You would have thought this would have been rectified after our communication with staff the first day but alas it was not. I was told that we'd be getting a call from a manager on Monday to discuss further. Still waiting...it's Wednesday. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend the two bedroom apartment, lots of space to move, great kitchen. Balcony small but not an issue. It is a bit noisy being on the main road but windows and balcony door double glazed so it doesn't wake you at night and if you are out and about during the day the noise isn't an issue. Will stay here again for sure as location for where we needed to be was perfect.

Sitting on balcony was awful, no shade overhead and the air conditioning units blow from each side straight onto balcony.
Feels like sitting in a sauna!
Irritating that the place looked roomy online but got there to a tiny apartment.

Quest Cannon Hill was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy with lovely staff. Free parking and a pool was a bonus. I particularly loved that the pool was open until 10pm. Its also a really convenient location if youre not especially interested in being in the CBD.

I understand the comments in earlier reviews about the parking. We had no problems ourselves but there seemed to be a lot of cars in the carpark despite not seeing many residents in the building or on our floor.

Staff very helpful & friendly & apartment very clean. However wi-fi was atrocious - had to get tv reconnected by staff numerous times & use my own data. Not all washing machines & dryers working either.

Easy to find by car, secure parking, walking distance to a reasonable Thai takeout that we had back in the room. Clean, comfortable, quiet & dark during the night. Close to our car hire place & not too far from the Airport. I’d stay again

The property was comfortable and the staff fantastic. My only criticism was that Room 106A is next to the gym. Someone used it at 3.45am and woke us. Hours for the gym should be restricted between 10pm and 6am. This may also affect other rooms in the vicinity. Other than that, all met our expectations.

Great accommodation. Easy to find. Quick and easy check in. Close to shops. No road noise in the room. Only downside is that the pool isn't heated. Otherwise great stay.

Big thumbs up to the lovely lady who was on the desk Thursday night when we checked in, she gave up her carpark for us.
As our stay was a quick overnight before flying out the next morning secure car parking was essential and I have to say the parking was the worst thing.
Cars were parked on every wall ramp and corner in addition to the actual parking spaces. It was mayhem.

Fantastic stay. Excellent location for my work needs. Approximately 350m to the train station. Excellent choice of takeaway options. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean & new.
