Home Beach is a 3 minute walk. Cylinder Beach, the hotel, bowls club and public transport are also easy short walks. The home is adjacent to bushland with a resident koala and frequent visits from kangaroos. Features: Three levels with polished timber floors, 3 screened bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 Bunk, 1 Single and 1 Trundle), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, top-load washing machine, dryer, NBN, TV, DVD Player, CD player, gas BBQ, lockable storeroom and laundry at ground level, covered carport. But not an issue. The road was, sometimes, surprisingly busy with 4WD accelerating up the hill outside it. House has everything and good wifi perfect for a couple, family or even 2 families. Very short drive to everything you could possibly need.
