• Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the check-in address and detailed instructions.



⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN



• Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to request an earlier check-in time.

• Same-day or late requests may limit our ability to accommodate your preferred check-in time.

🏡 EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT



🕙 Check-out is by 10:00AM.



• Please return the keys and access card to the designated location inside the apartment before leaving.

• If you are using the Wilson car park, please remove your vehicle before returning the access card, as building and car park access may be restricted afterwards.

• Late check-out is not permitted unless arranged with us in advance.

• Unauthorised late check-out will incur a $50 fee for every additional 15 minutes after 10:00AM.

🔐 LOST KEYS & LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE



• Lost keys or access cards will incur a $300 replacement fee.

• Please always remember to take your keys with you whenever you leave the apartment.

• If you lock yourself out and require assistance outside 9:00AM–8:00PM, a $100 call-out fee may apply.

• If we are unable to assist, you will need to arrange a locksmith at your own expense.

Please note that construction associated with the Brisbane Metro project may be taking place near the building and could occasionally result in noise.

• Cleaning is provided after check-out only.

• Before leaving, please wash all used cookware, dishes and cutlery, dispose of all rubbish, and leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition.

• An additional $100 cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
