Every piece is new, from furniture to bedding, chosen for comfort and style. The open-plan living area with central AC connects to a fully equipped kitchen, dining for the whole group, and a cozy lounge. Enjoy a peaceful Greenbank base, close to shops, cafes, and main roads to Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and beyond. Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
