The property is beautiful and it is perfect for large groups who don't want to share beds (there are 26 beds total). Almost every room has an ensuite. "This is a very large property with great outdoor spaces and a funky layout. It fit 12 of us very, very comfortably. Property management was super responsive to minor issues. There is no AC and it's definitely an older house. I did cut my foot on a nail sticking out of the porch. BUT it also cost like half as much as any comparable house in the area, so I think it was a great value and would definitely stay again. "Really enjoyed the duplex effect; two kitchens, two dining rooms, two entertainment sections, plus all the bedrooms were adequate and provided some privacy. One unit was air conditioned, one was not, but the lower levels remained cool, and the upper bedroom in the non air conditioned unit had its own cooler and the temperature was always perfect."

"We had a lovely stay at Sundance A-Frame. It was exactly as described. I loved the cute touches and how updated the property is. The setting is beautiful and the sound of the brook nearby is so peaceful. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. We walked to Sundance Resort every day. "Overall a great stay. There is not any A/C in the building so the upstairs loft was hot and stuffy even with the large portable unit in the upstairs bedroom. The house did cool off in the evening. (We stayed during August) It had a large back deck but some of it was blocked for safety reasons. The pictures make it look like there is a larger back area than there really is. Parking is tight so plan ahead and carpool. "
