Perfect for families or groups, this 2,000 sq ft retreat features two king en-suites, a kid-friendly bedroom, gas fireplaces, and a full game room with ping pong, foosball, and Pac-Man. The Space: Please note: This home is completely separate and private from the four studio suites attached (see aerial shots for physical layout). It has its own private entrance as well. The Neighborhood: Right on Rt 4 in Bridgewater, VT, you will be nearby to local favorites Ramunto's and Long Trail Brewery and neighbor to fellow inn owners and residents. Getting Around: Right on US Rt 4 with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Corner Store is 1.3 miles away for gas and any convenient needs. Other Things to Note: FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home is attached to 4 studio suites and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. Note: You have to be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that during the winter season, parking restrictions may apply to ensure snow removal and safety.
