"Really needed an extra hour after an event and the graciously grantes us extended stay. We were out earlier than expected but that courtesy allowed us time to change after the event before hitting the road and was much appreciated!"

"Room was not clean. Toilet bowl had a lot of rust stains as if it wasn't cleaned for days. Room had a strange, pungent odor. Ran out of tissues immediately. One comforter had yellow stains. The chair was very stained, not suitable for sitting. Lightbulb missing in floor lamp. Worst of all, the top drawer of the bedside stand had an empty pack of cigarettes, empty pepsi bottle, dried sticky fluid and used straw. Disgusting! Complained to manager who did promised to follow up with Expedia and call me, but did nothing and did not contact me after one week."

"Good stay"

"Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to the shower having hair and some sort of smear, as well a strong odor of men’s cologne. Next room was cleaner however the air conditioning unit under the window rattled so loudly no one got any rest. Also, the tv is placed so the only way you could watch it was if you were sitting on sofa which no one wants to do. The morning breakfast was average, however the hot items were not restocked promptly so several guests didn’t get to have any and no staff were around to ask. We chose this hotel over another one because of the pool, however there was apparently a travel ball team staying so when we tried to go down to get in the pool there were about a dozen kids plus parents running and jumping so we didn’t stay. For the price I expected a little better. "

"It was a perfectly average hotel stay, nothing more or less. Breakfast is really good though."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking was free and easily accessible. The only issue was the hair dryer was busted and the bath tub was cracked on the bottom. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was outstanding."

"Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found."

"Breakfast staff was excellent, very friendly. In room phones didn’t work."
