The flats of Cape Cod bay are like none other! You’ll love relaxing at the house after playing all day at the beach and soaking in the Cape Cod air. The flats of the bay are a PERFECT place for kids and families to run around and play. The house has been in the family since it was built, and was just renovated in 2018\. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, outdoor shower, and family room. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and the same 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom downstairs. Great for 2 families to share. Get ready for a great get away! It is stocked with everything you'll need from the kitchen to the shed full of beach chairs and toys...with a beach wagon to walk to the bay beach, which is less than a 5 minute walk. ( During this Covid-19 summer, I should mention that the house is spotless, and the uncrowded area is very safe with people observing distancing and wearing masks.) ##### Sandra K. Beach buggy and chairs made for an easy short walk to enjoy the private bay beach.
