« We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room. »

"Suite à un quiproquo en interne sur la chambre initialement prévue (la chambre n'avait pas de lit car était prévue pour une conférence les jours suivants), après leur avoir signalé le personnel à l'accueil s'est excusé immédiatement et m'a surclassé dans une chambre supérieure au dernier étage. Équipements propres et bien entretenus, le petit déjeuner est excellent et tout le personnel que j'ai eu l'occasion de croiser à été extrêmement attentionné. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
