This property was EXACTLY what we needed for our gathering of lifelong college friends! It was convenient for walking to lots of locations, was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and exactly as described. The beds, linens and furniture were all very comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own bed. For me personally, my only feedback would be that the thermostats did not seem to allow us to lower the temperature below 70 degrees, and a supply of K-cups would have been much appreciated. Had we known for sure that the coffee pot had the capacity to make coffee with K-cups, we would have all brought our own. Literally, that is all I can think of that would have made our stay better. Close to bike trail…like, super close (2 driveways down). Great separation of private space and good community space. Might add a little bit of seating to living room. Dining great for large group! We had 4 couples and 2 children under 3 and the house worked wonderfully. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to be nice & quiet. We cooked a good bit & they had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Brevard and right on the paved walking/biking trails. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were all comfortable. The house was beautiful, spacious, and had all the amenities needed for a great time. The location was great.
