The staff at the hotel was outstanding. The hotel manager spoke excellent English, had great recommendations for dinner and was very helpful. The breakfast was great and kept me going through the whole day.

Nice property but no lift and well out of the centre of Brest. Down at heel , scruffy area. I arrived late due to ferry delay , beyond my control. The owner said he was shut! Grudgingly he gave me a room, which i had prebooked. No welcome .No help.

We are appalled by your exaggerated or even false words. You arrived very late at night without having had the politeness to warn us when it is clearly expressed that the reception closes at 9:30 p.m. Thus, we could have explained to you how to recover your room. Despite this, we still welcomed you, while some hotels would have left you outside. And as you were very tired, we explained and helped you the next morning. During your stay, we had cordial discussions every day where we talked about a certain number of things and where you complimented us on the charm of our hotel, on the quality of the breakfast products, on our welcome and our friendliness. What hypocrisy on your part! What deceit! Right after you left you wrote a bad comment that we don't understand what these lies are for.

Little Gem
Stopped here for a couple of nights before the ferry back to England. It's a great little hotel with very welcoming and friendly hosts. The rooms are individual and exceptionally clean. The grounds are small but beautifully planted and very pretty. Free wifi is quite quick too. We opted for breakfast at 10 euros for adults which is ordered the night before. Its continental but all freshly baked or squeezed and there's fresh coffee and cereals. All in all a very pleasant surprise and really is a little gem of a hotel.

Very quiet location not far from western end of Brest Ring Road and close to waterfront. Sheltered parking. Friendly owners, nice clean room, pleasant rear terrace with well tended flower bed rising behind the terrace. Ample breakfast with lots of choice.

Lieu agréable et calme, bien placé . Patron sympathique. Cependant, nécessiterait quelques réparations ( assise des toilettes pas vissées , le syphon de baignoire non fonctionnel,le pommeau de la douche qui tombe) et un petit rafraîchissement . Avons tout de même passé un bon moment et nous y retournerons sûrement !

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles revendiquées. Accueil/réception quasi inexistante, fermée donc passage obligé par l'arrière de l'hôtel, avec vue sur l'escalier de service rempli de sacs de linge Elis jetés dans l'escalier. Chambre propre mais sans plus, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, une seule petite bouteille d'eau (50 cl Cristalline pour deux) pour tout le séjour (2 nuits), alors qu'il faisait 33°C en extérieur et pas de clim dans la chambre.
