Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen, a living/dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a bedroom with two 90x190 beds. Courtyard with lawn at the front, shared with the owners. At the back, terrace with garden of 400 m² shared with the owner. A games room with ping-pong table and basketball hoop as well as a bowling green are at your disposal. Between land and sea, this rental, fitted out in an old farmhouse adjoining the owners, has a courtyard and an enclosed pleasure garden in a pleasant and flowery environment. Village and shops 1.5 km, 6 km from Moncontour: Medieval City, 8 km from Lamballe (educational farm 1.5 km, hiking trail 300 m. Charming little stone house, particularly well placed for visiting the historic village of Moncontour
