This Minnesota cabin is located in the friendly community of Breezy Point Resort just off of Pelican Lake. Conveniently located just 9 miles north of Nisswa. You can stay for several refreshing days or a whole week exploring the nature of the area. Within easy driving distance of the property are an abundance of lakes for water/ice sports or fishing. This rustic cabin offers modern amenities like a master bedroom with attached bathroom as well as WiFi. This cabin is nestled in the Breezy Point Resort, where you can relax in the serenity and enjoy nature and solitude.

Surrounding your cabin, you can spend time in nature, enjoy shopping at unique stores and boutiques, golfing at one of the many nearby golf courses, or exploring the local night life and restaurants. There is something to do year round for all!

Comfortable home, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean, nice to have 2/2 bedrooms/bathrooms! Only downfall was tv remotes didn’t cooperate… had to replace batteries in them. Outside thermometer was broken laying on ground, picnic table was filthy. Grounds could have been tidier! Barbecue was dirty. BUT inside was well kept!

This cabin was just as described and a great place to stay for a family wedding. The host was great (even when I called her in a panic from locking my family out just before the wedding!) and the cabin has everything you couldNeed for a quick getaway.

Resort like atmosphere

This property offers a location that is conviently placed near Breezy Point Resort. You can chiise to enjoy the quiet and secluded setting or venture out into resort atmosphere. Public boat access just 2 blocks away. Beach and golf courses also with in walking distance.Would recommend for famil or frinds get away. Hope to return soon!

Wheelchair accessible

This cabin worked for us. We could get the wheelchair in the door, and down the hallway to the bedroom at the end of the hallway. Bathrooms were too tight for our situation so we brought a commode. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with a built in seat in the corner of the shower stall. The cabin was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive when we had issues entering the cabin at check-in. The location and accessibility worked for us. Hope to rent again in the future!

Labor Day weekend

A nice cabin to spend a long weekend with family. It was important to us that there were no stairs (one of us uses a wheelchair). The cabin is a part of the resort. There are lots of things to do in the area - fishing, boating, golfing, visiting little towns. Very enjoyable stay overall.

This is our 2nd time at this property. We like the quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan & we'll stocked kitchen. Lots of dishes & pots & pans. Two bathrooms are ready nice to have.

Home and location were great but had issues with keypad and communication with owner

Our family of four stayed in this home to attend a weekend family reunion at Breezy Point. The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our family. The location was perfect to attend all the events scheduled for the weekend. Our overall stay went great except for the last night. We arrived back around 10 pm and were locked out, as the keypad did not work properly. I called and texted the property owner, left a voicemail, and received no response. Our family resorted to sitting in our vehicle, continuing to try the keypad every ten minutes. After 30 minutes it must have reset and we were able to get in. This experience was pretty frustrating, especially with two crabby kids just wanting to go to bed. The property owner did finally get back to me at 11:30 pm, but at that point we were asleep. I hate to dwell on this portion of our experience but it really put a damper on our last night. The keypad troubleshooting instructions should be posted on the listing in the event the property owner is not available.

Perfect Girls Weekend!

This property was perfect for our annual Breezy girls weekend. Very close to dockside and beaches. Perfect size for 6. The property owner was very responsive. My only note would be to provide more TP, PT and garbage bags as we ran out on day two. Will likely be booking again next year!

This sweet side-by-side cabin surpassed our expectations! It is so clean and comfortable inside, you will want to move in! You can easily walk to the Dockside restaurant/bar, coffee shop, beach, pool, and marina, but it is far enough away from the action that it also provides a quiet place to relax. The kitchen is very well-stocked! There are plenty of dishes, a wide variety of pans, large and small bowls, utensils, corkscrew, cutting boards, colanders, grilling utensils, can coozies, dish soap, cleaning supplies, a few trash bags, salt and pepper. Bring your own sandwich or zipper bags, foil, cooking spray. There is a toaster, microwave, regular 12-cup coffee maker, and a pod-style coffee maker on site (bring your own coffee). There are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as a nice collection of DVD movies available for those who don’t subscribe to apps. The backyard is perfect for family activities! A Monopoly game is on-site for those rainy days. Most importantly, the owner is helpful and responsive! For example, there was an issue with the electronic lock when we first arrived. We called the owner, she answered immediately, and she was able to instantly let us into the cabin by unlocking it remotely for us, while she fixed the problem right then and there. Everything was smooth sailing from that moment on, and we were so impressed with all the little thoughtful touches throughout the premises. This cabin is truly a gem! Five stars across the board!
