LAKEFRONT & PRIVATE DOCK. This peaceful lake home is located in a calm bay minutes away from Breezy Point Resort with breathtaking sunrises and starry breezy nights. Warmer weather brings bonfires and pontoon cruises…winter snowfall gives every snowmobiler endless possibilities of the up north Minnesota trails. Being right on the shore of Pelican Lake will allow you to take a boat or icehouse out to fish, water ski, wakeboard/surf, cross-country ski, and even snowshoe across the lake.

With two bedrooms, and a four-season porch with a sleeper sofa (and doors to close it off), there is plenty of privacy for couples or families. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 1-queen bed, 1-full bed, a 1-twin bed, 1-pull out full sleeper sofa, and 1-pull out queen sleeper sofa. If preferred, a queen air mattress is also available for guests.

The cabin is comfortably furnished with updated appliances, including dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A flat screen TV, cable, and wireless, high-speed internet will keep you in the loop with the every-day.

*DISCLOSURE*
Due to the STR licensing regulations for the city location (Breezy Point, MN), the Four Season Porch is listed as the third bedroom. This allows the cabin to sleep up to 10 ppl. We list the property to sleep only 8, due to only having one bathroom/comfort-wise.
**There is an extra charge of $25 per person per night, after 6 ppl
***The wood-burning fireplace is not operational at this time.
