Village Liftside Sundown Run Condo is a cozy mountain condo that’s the perfect size for a couple or group of up to four people. This studio condo has one bathroom and is in a prime location just steps from Main Street, as well as the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort. It’s everything you want at an affordable price.

The living area is a comfortable place to enjoy the incredible mountain views, and there’s a wall mounted flat-screen TV so you can watch the game or your favorite show or movie after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with to make a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the Rocky Mountains, or to make a memorable meal for your group if you decide to stay in instead of exploring the vibrant restaurant scene of Breckenridge.

The Village Lift Side Condos enjoy access to all the amenities the resort offers, including workout facilities, hot tubs and pools. There’s also complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo as well as hotel-like toiletries. There is no onsite parking provided for Village Liftside 4414. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home or park offsite. The good and the bad.... The good - the condo was great - clean, awesome view and great location - perfect 2 week stay - walk to everything, nicely decorated and very convenient. Loved it. The bad - beware - we have been staying in Breck for the past 20 years and love staying in the village. We have stayed in many, many of the condos - parking has been provided by the owners on site. We arrived and followed the directions to get into our spot in the garage only to find we had none, although they texted me the directions how to access. What made it worse - there is absolutely NO overnight parking in the entire town of Breckenridge except ONE lot at the Ice rink that we had to take a bus to and from just to get our car while paying between 20-35 nightly for the hours of 2A to 6A! So this unexpectedly cost us an additional 310 for our stay. There were no other options except private lots that cost 40-60 per night. I will not stay at this condo again where for the first time ever for us, the owner does not provide a parking spot for their renters in off peak season. It's a shame because it was a lovely condo and the Summit rental staff were great to work with and had great communication with quick responses to any of our questions!

Clean, easy to navigate, close to the lift, and great view from our room. Great location, cozy for staying in, central for walking about town. Excellent climate control. Loved the heater in the shower. If I had to find a negative, it would be a sub par sink disposal, faucet water never gets hot, and dishwasher gaskey keeps coming loose. VERY minor compared to the great accomadations.

Maybe we took it for granted that a rental would have a place to park a car. Within minutes of making the non-refundable payment, we received an email stating that there was not a single parking space available. We were told that we would have to park in a nearby lot. One lot was .5 miles away at $35.00 per day and the second lot was 2.5 miles away for only $5.00 a day. The guy at the front desk failed to let us know we could simply take the shuttle to either lot. Needless to say, he was not too helpful when we arrived. Parking was available to other guests at the same complex. One would think that the owner of this unit would either indicate that parking was available / included or simply include it in the price. Very unprofressional in my opinion. Otherwise the unit was nice, all be it a little dated and tired

The condo needs updated, the windows and shades are in bad shape, all the trim is beat up, the entry door does not close because the carpet is to thick. Takes 5 min for the shower water to warm up, the dishwasher does not work. Xfinity TV provider is frustrating because they have limited channels, but shows the channels then you find out you need a subscription for anything you want to watch which is not provided. Will not be staying in unit again.

The extensive onsite recreation center was an unexpected bonus : gym, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, pool, billiards, teen lounge, arcade games, fire pit, and screening room for guests only. This made up for the compact size of the room. Fabulous views and PRIME location. Thank you!

Problems will keep us away in the future.

We rented from VRBO three years ago in the same ski in ski out condo. This time there was no parking included like we had last time. There were no places to park in the 15 minute unload zone so the parking attendant told us we could park in the paid parking while we unloaded. When we came out to move our car to the only overnight parking available for Breckenridge which was 2 miles away we had a $77 parking ticket. The Peak 9 Inn originally told us they would take care of the parking ticket but when they found out which unit we were staying in, they said it was not one of their units, and so there was nothing they could do for us. The last morning of our stay we were locked out of our room and the room key wouldn’t work. It took an hour and a half for the rental company to get a maintenance man over to unlock the door. The front desk said they did not have any way to let us in since they did not own this particular unit. We would not stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

The cabin was absolutely spotless! Everyone had their own space. My son loved the dart board and Game Cube system. There were yummy snacks to enjoy for us and for my service dog Piper. They thought of everything if you have a pet/service dog staying with you. Food/water bowl, poop bags, lint roller, sheets to protect the couch, etc. The master shower was wonderful and hot! They even provided laundry detergent packs! The owner is so thoughtful in having everything you could need. Plus, she was wonderful with communication. We look forward to staying here again. Sundown Run Condo

Overall the stay here was very pleasant. The location is perfect with access to everything the mountain and village has to offer. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with the shower which had a broken hot/cold diverter, but management was quick to address the issue when we brought it to their attention. My only complaint would be that apparently this was an issue that was mentioned/reviewed by previous guests and it wasn't addressed prior to our arrival.
