With room for up to seven guests, this premium 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom condo blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Just outside your door, you’ll find yourself less than a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Chair Lift at Peak 9 and less than a ten-minute stroll from the restaurants, shops, and lively charm of downtown Breckenridge. From first tracks to après evenings, everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway is right at your fingertips.

Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully updated with hardwood floors, high-end finishes, and stylish mountain furnishings. The open living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a stone-wall gas fireplace, plush seating, and plenty of natural light. The dining table offers space for everyone to gather, while the fully renovated kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dual ovens. Don’t stay here if you plan on cooking a meal for your family.

The location was great and the place was modern and clean. We frequently stay in this area when we come up to ski. We have never experienced an issue such as this. We didn’t have appropriate cooking utensils to cook for a family of 5. Pots and pans were provided but not compatible for the Induction stovetop. Spent two days discussing the stovetop issue. Someone reached out and asked if we would like pots and pans to cook with in which we responded Yes! I asked for the bare minimum, a large pot to boil pasta and a large skillet. We received no response and therefor had a very difficult time. The advertisement states a stocked kitchen would be available but that was not provided to us. We were very disappointed and will not advise anyone with a family to stay here.

Great space and location

Perfect space for our family of 5. The location could not have been better. Easy walk to the quicksilver lift and shops and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Management was very responsive for a minor maintenance issue we had.

Overall good!

Great location if you don’t mind walking a short hike to/from lift. We like location since it’s close to everything in town without having to deal with being there. We had a few little issues which were both resolved within a day. We were only 3 adults this trip, but I’d say the condo would be comfortable for 4-5.

Unbeatable location!

We loved out midweek stay! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, even for our young kiddos. Equally easy walk to Breckenridge village, which is well lit even after dark. Our only complaint was the bathrooms were small and the shower doors need attention. Otherwise, we would highly recommend.

Only one quick note to the owner: the wooden beam LEAKED during heavy rain. We move the sofa a bit to protect it from getting wet. We left on the floor right below the leak a blue dish I guess used for snow sliding.

We had an excellent week in this condo!! Walking distance to Peak 9 and our kids ski lessons. Decent sized kitchen where we cooked all of our meals, and beds for our 2 kids plus our sister and brother in law to come and stay. Perfect rental for our family!!

Great location near peak 9 skiing and main street.

We've stayed in this building a couple times now and the location is one of the best areas to stay while in Breck. Everything is an easy walk from the unit including skiing at the quicksilver lift, rentals from many locations, and all the dining and shops on main street. The unit was good sized and although we didn't need all the extra sleeping space, there was a room suitable for a large family with a loft and extra bed along with a king sized bed for parents. The other room in this unit is just the king bed. The unit is on the second floor which made a last minute it pretty amazing when a couple of local moose stopped just below our balcony to graze for a solid 5 minutes. Best seats in the house! Check-in is through a local rental office (no keypad or combo lock) which adds a little inconvenience but the staff was friendly and efficient and check-in and out went smoothly. The only issue i have with this unit and i think it's all units in this building (we had the same issue with a different unit) is the bathrooms are very small. The tub and toilet area is just large enough to stand in which makes it a little tight when you are in there. High Speed internet to this unit was fantasticly fast. Overall very pleased with the stay.

So close to Main St

We enjoyed being so close to Main St and being able to walk to things. My teens thought the loft was really cool. Stairs are a little steeper than the picture looked but they had no problem going up and down.

-Although the carpets need to be updated, we did enjoy our stay. Lots of necessary stocked items included and appreciated. -The hot tub situation is very strict and has a die hard scheduling process. Better have your phone ready at 9am to book out 48 hours!! -Biggest pro: convenient location.

Great place

We came to ski for a few days during spring break and got a great deal on this little ski place! Good space for our family + Grandma and the kids loved hanging out in the loft. It was like having another living space for them. Walk to the lifts, we used the pool and hot tub. Overall everything was great! My only suggestion is that a few things need to be fixed or replaced. Nice beds and bedding and we enjoyed our time there! Thanks!

Our break at Breck

This condo was almost perfect. The pictures on the site were accurate. It was well stocked with kitchen amenities, and had plenty of bedding/cuddle blankets to sit in front of the fireplace after a full day of snow-boarding! We stopped at Target on our way from the airport to the condo to purchase some items we needed personally; baby gate, child bed rail, and a humidifier, and were pleasantly surprised to find all of that already on site! And a closet full of games for family time in the evening.! The hot tub reservation game was very disappointing, and is the only negative thing to say about the whole visit.

So close to the lift and Main Street!

This place was perfect for us. We were two couples and a 4 year old child. There were tons of toys there for him which we were not expecting so that was a bonus! Beds were huge and really comfortable with lots of pillows. Our bedroom was huge, fit the twin bed and the king without being overcrowded. There’s also a loft with another twin and tv up there. WiFi was great, nice flatscreen tv which rotated toward the couches. Large dining table plus bar seating if you have more than 6. It was very cozy...truly no complaints and SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! We never needed to move the car except for grocery shopping.
