The location was perfect, making it easy to relax while still being close to the town I think it was just 5 miles to the west end of Main Street in Breckenridge. The host Marilyn was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing a top-notch experience.We made such wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to coming back. My husband and I kept saying we felt like we were staying at a family/friend’s house instead of just another rental because of how comfortable we felt. We felt welcomed & cozy and the home was well equipped with anything and everything you’d need. The neighborhood was quiet and HOA restricted outdoor lights after 10PM so stargazing was phenomenal. We spent over a month living, working, and vacationing. The home is very well appointed and maintained. Family and friends visited during our stay and the layout worked well for a group. An easy drive to skiing in Breckenridge. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation. Marilyn our host was very responsive a pleasure to work with. Just about 6-7 minutes from the outskirts of Breckenridge so it was easy to get to the slopes. They had everything you could need in a VRBO. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car. The driveway is a little steep and if you get any snow a 2 wheel drive car will have issues.
