PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Parking is not allowed on the county road. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. There was plenty of room for our huge group and the kids especially loved the hot tub. With that said, there are a few things I would be aware of. The house wasn’t as clean as we would expect and found a ton of spiderwebs throughout the property accompanied by MANY spiders. The absence of any outdoor furniture was especially disappointing given there are many big decks with beautiful views. Master bed was also sloped to the middle and made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and given some changes it would have earned 5 stars overall. ##### Jennifer N.
