« I was very surprised by this property. It has recently been renovated and did not feel like a normal Hilton Garden Inn. It definitely felt a little bit elevated. The property was very clean. The rooms were very clean front desk staff and dining room. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Will be staying here again for future baseball tournament tournaments. »

The bedroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—I noticed a sticky, clear substance between the bed and the nightstand that should have been obvious to housekeeping. « First off, the front desk staff was for the most part, excellent, which is why I gave 2 stars rather than one. Other than that, it was terrible. The first room was dirty, walls were dirty, ceiling was dirty, cracked and stained. Carpet was ripped and pieced back together. The shower wouldn’t drain and rather than fix it, the staff just moved us into another similar room. All the same stuff in the new room plus a musty cigarette smell. The shower did drain, but the toilet was clogged and we had...

« Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy.
