Nestled in a quiet gated section of Holiday Hills is this spacious and wonderfully decorated walk-in unit! From the moment you walk in it will feel like you have arrived at your home away from home! You will be greeted by an open concept layout that flows from the full kitchen, stocked with all of the pots and pans you could need to whip up a nice "home cooked" meal! To the dining area featuring a countertop height table and bar stools. To the Living area with enough comfortable seating to fit the whole family! In the Master Suite you will find a cozy King sized bed with a little bar table and chairs overlooking the beautiful scenery, that is perfect for bird watching in the mornings with a hot cup of coffee! Attached there is a Master Ensuite featuring dual sinks and vanities, with large mirrors to see yourself from every angle ensuring you look your best before your night out on the town! There is also a large walk-in shower with a removable spray head so you can shower in style with ease. Moving to the guest bedroom, you will find a queen bed along with a bunk bed that is sure to accommodate any company, kiddos or adults, that may be joining you on your vacation. They will also have access to their own private bathroom for the duration of the stay that is an ensuite to the bedroom, featuring a tub for the littles that may be accompanying you on your journey. Outside there is a covered balcony housing a table and some chairs for those who prefer to get fresh air throughout their day, or those that want to relax with the beautiful sounds of nature after a long fun-filled day of activities!

#### Quiet spot close to Branson

Really enjoyed our stay here. The communication from the rental team was absolutely fantastic! There was no wondering when we would receive our check-in information. We were even able to check in a day early, which we would not have considered asking about if they had not reached out to let us know it was available a day early. (For a fee) it was all very seamless. The amenities in the rental were great in the event we had forgotten to pack something. I liked that the 3 beds in the guest room so that all 3 kids could stay in there. Everything was very clean! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate so we were unable to checkout the outdoor pools. The arcade room was a hit and the indoor pool was very large with a lifeguard on duty. We would absolutely stay here again.
