Great location, could use new beds

Location was great, very spacious for our stay. The beds were not very comfortable, especially in the secondary bedroom, felt like it was hollowed out in the middle. Couch and living room chair were visibly stained but seemed clean. Overall, pretty decent for the price! Great patio and lots of room.

Downstairs ground- not parking lot level

The post states level 1 and a review mentioned a flight of stairs, but I still thought it was the main level with the parking lot. Easy to get in with code. Hard to lock from outside. FAQ pg wasn’t helpful and 800 # which was for Vacasa was of no help. The wait time was too long. King mattress needs to be replaced. It felt like it was leaning. I slept in the middle of the bed which helped sone but still didn’t sleep well this weekend. The other guest said their bed was fine. Batteries in cable remote for dining room tv need to be replaced. Canister with laundry pods wasn’t clearly marked and hard to reach. No step stool that I saw. Outdoor patio cushions need to be replaced. You sink to the metal bench when you sit down. Pillows were fine. I would recommend having a tip sheet with better instructions for the door lock and a t.v. Chanel list of the stations you actually get. Several stations looked like they were accessible but they weren’t. Couch is very firm. It was decorated beautifully.

This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with family. The only thing is that there is no cable. Being there over a holiday, we were hoping to relax and watch some TV, and the cable was not existent. Otherwise, this place is great!
