For an additional one time $50 feeyou can have access to the new game room and hot tub that was installed this last winter. A beautiful home that sleeps 11 people comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen and now offering a game room and hot tub for an additional one time $50 fee. There is a driveway to park your cars or boats. Parking on the street is also allowed. Hello! Our 2 English Bulldogs aren't the best listeners and alot stubborn. The partial fence at the back of the property, along with the location of the garage and the back side of the house made a U-shaped area where we could let them off the leash to potty. Then usher them back into the house. The house is within walking distance of the Convention Center and downtown, but we ended up driving and did not have an issue finding parking. This may be due to the time of year, I am not sure since this was our first time visiting. They have updated the living room furniture. There is one sleeper sofa and 2 reclining chairs.
