Everything about the property is excellent—the Villa itself with the balcony seating area was especially nice this Fall time of year. We enjoyed morning breakfast and evening snacks on the balcony in the wooden rocking chairs. The full nature view is blocked by tops of other Hyatt buildings, but the balcony experience is still a great “plus” for the excellently maintained Hyatt Lodges at Timber Ridge.

Our two bedroom unit was clean and spacious. We appreciated the drip coffee maker. Staff was responsive and friendly. Kitchen amenities made our vacation much more convenient for staying with our diet. We will stay again at this location.

Our room was very clean. The only complaint I would have is that the couch was well worn and uncomfortable. We also did a load of laundry and the washing machine leaked all over the floor and carpet. They came quickly to tend to the washer and brought us fresh towels since we used the towels to soak the water. The property was beautiful. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind, make memories, and enjoy some quality time away. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to visit again!

Pretty clean room and beautiful property. We stayed in the villa expecting to have a view of the pond but the villas are further up the hill so keep that in mind if you are wanting a pond view. Private area but still about 10 minutes from downtown Branson. Definitely a great stay for our honeymoon!

This property was a relaxing getaway. We stayed for a week and enjoyed everything, except the bed. If you like a really firm / hard bed, then you'll love it. We had to purchase an air mattress for the last four days that we were there. Now that we are home I miss sitting on the private patio drinking coffee and enjoying the morning. This was our second visit to this property and we still love it. But, we probably won't go back just because the bed.

Very clean property, great privacy in a booming tourist town, 10 min drive to just about anything you want to do in Branson. Once pool is renovated, we will likely be back.

Great place to stay in Branson. The rooms were clean and high quality. The location was great. Good parking situation. In unit laundry, silverware, plates, and dishwasher. The refrigerator was pretty good but lacked a water dispenser but it did have an ice maker. The range/over was good quality as well. There were new large TVs with some streaming apps available. We didn't use the fireplaces but it was a nice addition. I would definitely come back here again. They also have activities to do with the family. We didn't have a chance to join in but it was a nice option.

The pool was closed for the summer, so make sure it's all good to go for next summer if you are planning in staying there. It'll be great if they would had a small store with essentials for snacks and breakfast since there isn't an store nearby. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. They are equipped with everything you need to cook, and do laundry.

The room was beautiful and super clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and an actual comforter. The property was beautiful and we had a blast playing in the game room and the other games by the pond. We will definitely stay here again
