Located only a short drive from downtown Branson and all of its best attractions, this condo offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and convenience. Inside, find high ceilings and luxurious furnishings that will keep you comfortable and relaxed throughout your stay. Spend evenings on the walk-out patio enjoying al fresco dining while soaking in the incredible views. For the best sightseeing, head to the sunroom, where you'll be delighted by picturesque views of Table Rock Lake and breathtaking Branson sunsets. Don't miss your chance to stay in this beautiful condo and make unforgettable memories in the Ozarks!  
  
There’s more living space to enjoy further inside where cozy couches face a large smart tv, and lake-inspired décor provides a peaceful backdrop for your leisure time. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware for convenient snacks, meals, and drinks at home. Dine at the formal dinner table for 6, plus make use of the casual barstool seating along the kitchen counter.  
  
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.  
  
\- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.   
\- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, sunroom access, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:   
\- Washer and dryer in unit.  
\- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.  
\- This is a walk-in unit, no stairs.  
\- Community dock and pool are not accessible to guests, both for owner use only.  
\- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”  
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. This is a beautiful condo with a great view even from the ground floor. The unit was clean and was decorated with nice, new furnishings. We will definitely be back!

We came to Branson for a dance competition and knew we needed a getaway that was peaceful and that's exactly what this was. Everything was perfect. We even lucked out and saw some fireworks on Sunday! It was a great trip.

Very very nice for the price. Plenty of room for my 2 teenage sons. Master bedroom and large kitchen was nice to have, felt like home. Hot water ran out a little sooner than expected, considering it had a jacuzzi tub.
