Closed and not told
The hotel didn’t let hotels.com know they were closed for the season so when we arrived we had to call Oyo to get another room.
I never stayed there cause no one was in the office to answer the phone or would respond back to me or hotels.com concerning my refund for there non- services and I am very unhappy with them I don't even think that hotel even exist so I wouldn't there or waste my money
I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, and am completely confused. I feel as though the reviews were very deceptive. The check-in experience was pretty horrible, and both rooms I booked for my family were dirty, and we found a worm, lots of dust and a weird smell. We stayed in the patriotic room and Korean room. Definitely would not stay again, no matter the price.

Updating needed for this locatiom
The door didn't seal, so cold air came in. The room needed repainting badly. The sink had the hot and cold taps opposite of what is normal.
With rennovation, it could be a better hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The man that runs the place was very nice. There was no coffee pot until I had to pay extra. The ice machine was broke. There was not cleaning service for 4 days. The first day our room was straightened but the next 3 days we had to go get our own towels and toilet paper.
I flew in from another state and got dropped off via Lyft. When asked for my vehicle information, I told them I flew in. They responded by telling me I HAD TO HAVE A CAR TO STAY THERE! I laughed because I thought it was a joke but they were serious. They couldn't give me a reason but said it was policy. Said I had to go to a different hotel. Unbelievable. After arguing with them about it, saying my room was already paid for and that I wasn't going to leave, they changed their minds. They then charge your card $100 for a deposit until you check out. The rooms are so outdated and filled with religious propaganda. There was hair everywhere. In the sink, on the toilet seat, in the bed, on the pillows, everywhere! They clearly don't clean. The toilet ran loudly all night. They don't have blackout curtains so the outside lights illuminate the entire room making it difficult to sleep. The road noise is extremely loud inside the room. I looked under the mattress and there was a very large stain that looked like blood. it was a 2'x2' stain. Only good thing was the price and large TV. ZERO STARS!!!!
Lugar bueno y agradable el establecimiento está bien ubicado la recepción es muy agradable pero no encontré shampoo en el baño y sería bueno

Issues
The outside is not very nice, but the rooms were good for the price. The location is great. The only complaint i have is there was no ice the 4 days we were there & no one brought us clean towels (if you're expected to reuse towels there are usually signs that say that) when we requested new towels we turned in all of ours & got 2 towels & 1 rag to share between 4 ppl because their washer was messed up.
One of the beds was a box spring mattress very hard. Toilet would fill up about to overflow very cheap towels not clean and boards as windows was not a good idea.

Clean and comfy bed, unregulated heat
The room was clean and smelled clean. But we booked a king bed and got a queen. The heat was very difficult to regulate and was either too hot or too cold. Had to just turn the heat off when we got too warm. Even though the room was clean, the divider between the sink and bed area was dusty. I had never been in a motel room with live plants, there were 4 here. And fake greenery on the lights and divider. There were signs posted about tire damage if you drove into the parking lot, the boy behind the desk said the spikes were rubber, they were. There was also plastic hanging down over the entrance to parking to drag over your car, could possibly damage the car finish. Seemed someone was paranoid to me. The first night, toiletries were provided, the next day, there were none. There were also no disposable cups, which made it difficult to brush our teeth. The ice machine was out of order. The nice things were the price was great, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable even if it wasn't the king that we booked.
I was impressed by the personal, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. My room was spacious, clean and included all of the amenities I was looking for. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends wanting to enjoy what this area has to offer.
