« Such a relaxing stay. Pool was the perfect temperature, hot tub was relaxing, and the daily visits from deer were great. The fenced-in pool area and the front porch with swinging benches were lovely. So much space to enjoy and a well-appointed kitchen. We found a challenging, but fun hike within 20 minutes of the house. We hope to return! »

« Isolation at its finest. We were only here 4 days with 2.6 days of bad weather. Feel like temps of 49 in the middle of August was a shock. Checked out Burlington and Middlebury during windy cloudy days Lake front house was awesome. Not luxury but very homey with everything we needed. Loved being the only one on the lake. »

« The hotel was so charming and had such historic character. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the aesthetic. I did arrive in late evening (930 pm) on a Friday. Was welcomed and checked in. Did not realize that all the local restaurants, convenience stores, food carry out delivery closed by 8 pm. It would be nice to have a food option for hungry arrivala or let people know there won’t be anything available nearby after 8 pm. »
