« The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore...

« Nice place to stay. Didn't see much of Sioux Falls as weather atrocious but had a nice few nibbles at bar in the evening. Breakfast service was poor, no tea, only one person serving so very slow. I don't eat cooked breakfast and the array of choice from buffet was quite poor. Would stay there again but would have breakfast somewhere else. »
