"Ami was an amazing host-SUPER responsive. The property is in a great location-nice quiet area close to everything. HUGE fully fenced in yard. Although we did not have children with us, the home is nicely equipped with crib youth bed, toys, highchair and an awesome doll house. 1st floor master with large bathroom. TONS of storage space. Would highly recommend!"

"Overall great stay. The pool was a bit dirty from landscaping, but they quickly came and fixed it. The floors inside were dirty, as our socks turned black when walking around house. There was also old food in the refrigerator. But would recommend the stay, and will come back here. "

"Everything was great, my family and friends enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well supplied and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely rent this property again. (Hopefully during a warmer season) lol. Two things that I would recommend is getting new pool table sticks tips all but one was missing. In addition to clearer instructions for heating the pool or spa. The instructions provided were not very clear or should I say user friendly. "

"We weren’t super impressed with our stay. This was a weekend trip for two families, because we were attending an event in Tampa, about an hour and a half from our homes. The event was both Friday and Saturday, so we chose to stay the weekend. We chose this place because it had a hot tub. We actually chose this place over other, bigger more updated places, because of the hot tub. I reached out Thursday to ask that the hot tub be warmed up so we could go in Friday night. I got a message back Friday afternoon that they leave it on. Which was nice to hear. I did have to ask for check in details, as they weren’t provided. When we arrived Friday evening we found the hot tub draining onto the lanai. I reached out to the host and provided pictures. She said her maintenance team wouldn’t be able to get there this weekend, and asked if we would unplug the hot tub. We did. We were given a 150 refund. While that was appreciated it, we did book this house because of the hot tub, and now we were unable to use it at all, which was frustrating. We could have saved a lot more than 150 by booking elsewhere. Also, it’s not mentioned in the description, that the room with 2 beds, is the master. So we ended up with kids in the master versus adults. Also, the tub in the first bathroom needs to be fixed. There are directions on how to turn it on but it’s very wiggly and feels like it’s going to come out when you pull on the knob. Bed wise, they are super uncomfortable. They had plastic protectors"
