Bay Colony 773 is the upper-level lakefront unit that is at the heart of everything Gull Lake Beach Resorts has to offer, like being close to your boat lift and all the fun beach activities. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. I can imagine in the summer how much fun this spot would be. I am a local, but my family gals are not, so they agreed that the spot directly on the water would be enjoyable later in the season. Beds were comfy, unit very clean. Only drawback was the seating in the living room area. It's very small. I noticed that online before eI booked, but knew we weren't spending a ton of time at the unit. There were 4 of us and only 3 spots. Just FYI. Other than that, the location close to Nisswa and then Brainerd just a short drive down the highway made for a great spot for home base. ##### Andrea B.
