« The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...

« Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. »
