"A la hora del checking una persona del staff nos dijo que la habitación que pagamos no el aparecía en el sistema. Y que debía esperar 20 minutos por una nueva habitación. Ya nos había dado las llaves, así era llegó otra persona y dijo eso y le asignaron la habitación a otra persona. Luego esperamos los 20 min y estaba ya otra persona. Está otra persona no entendió que había pasado porque en el sistema estaba todo bien y procedió a darnos las llaves del tipo de habitación que pagamos. Todo bien en la estadía. Muy buen hotel. Y buen lugar. "

"I have had better breakfast at other places that I’ve stayed. The rooms are dated. The air conditioning system terrible in my room. It was on 60 and it felt like I was standing outside. They need to upgrade the rooms. The water in the shower was tepid when I booked the room, it stated that it was an upgraded suite it was far from it."

"The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. So were the complimentary cookies!"

"Break fast was ok. Room was cleaned. It can use some improvements or updates. Daniel at front desk was great!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The booking stated breakfast was included. This was deeply disappointing. If you aren’t a coffee drinker, the only options were a water fountain and a vending machine. My husband does drink coffee and said it was sub par. As for food, some soggy prepackaged muffins, a few nutrigrain bars, or a package of dry grits with only a coffe cup to put in to add water and microwave doesn’t quite hit the mark for breakfast included. I’ve seen many grab and go breakfasts at other hotels that put this one to shame. If you have little ones, there isn’t even an option of dry cereal with milk. "

"I did not get to stay in my room cause there was no staff at all. Called the number that they had at the front desk & no one came had to sleep in my car. & also didn’t my refund back. I don’t recommend "
