Cheap and awful
The staff was wonderful, but the room was not what I expected from a Wyndham affiliate. It was not well kept, and the bed had stains on the blanket, roaches, and there were holes in the walls. No water pressure for the shower, the sink kept backing up and the room was hot because you couldn't drop the AC below 73 because the coils would freeze up. WHATTT?? My husband asked me why I booked this one. I was trying to get something last minute and save money due to an upcoming trip next week at a hotel that is well worth the money. I didn't check reviews and typically I do. Never again would I book this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were great, but the overall experience wasn't worth it.

The room was a non smoking room and all you smelled in the room was cigarette and it has mold in the bathroom and needs to be renovated.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, crawling with bugs and half of the room was broken. The pool was green with trash floating in it and they made a copy of my credit card. When I asked for the copy back at check out, the lady behind the counter was rude and even called me a prick.

The staff was very nice and helpful. the property itself was bad. The furniture is old and worn and outdated. There were small roaches, and the a/c and ceiling had mold.

This hotels is horrible, I do not recommend no one to stay there, everything was very old and dirty, roaches all over the room, and smells disgusting.

I’d upload pictures if I could but this is just a very unclean and possibly unsafe hotel. I had people sitting in the stairs outside near my room at 3-4am. People dragging bags of what sounded like aluminum cans, and bugs (roaches) in the room. There are holes punched in the drywall unrepaired and the shower handle practically came out of the wall. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were very nice though.
